Reconfiguration and amalgamation of 2 Flats, grade 2 listed. One Flat became a single bedroom apartment, while the second flat became a  7 bedroom duplex with private terrace.

What we did
Representing the architectural firm, coordinating the main principal contractor and various subcontractors, liaising with client, clients specialists and interior designers.

Challenges
Design changes in due course that extended the duration of the project consequently increasing the cost.
