Conversion of an existing commercial building into an house of multiple occupancy (HMO) creating 6 independent rooms with toilet for short time rent.

Assisted the principal contractor in selecting and managing the subcontractors to stay  within budget and time.

Challenges
The property was above an existing textile shop, regularly open to the market, and the development required a structural work which involved the shop back of house.
