Refurbishment of two floors maisonette located on the second top floors of an existing grade II listed building in Belgravia. The property required a full renovation involving various stakeholders such as Grosvenor and Heritage Inspectors and surveyors. 

What we did
We managed all the stakeholders involved in the project, including subcontractors, various specialists appointed and interior designers liaising with the architectural firm on a daily bases.

Challenges
Being Grade II listed property made the requests of modernising it made quite challenging to be accomplished.
